"Hunger" is a visceral, emotionally charged track that dives into the societal pressure women face to be skinny. Starvation seems productive and we all get caught into its strings, as women. It becomes a toxic relationship with yourself, a fear of change, an addiction - because where else “would you get your ‘hunger’ from?”. It is raw, powerful and unapologetically honest.

Ethereal agony’s message is specifically about how pain causes growth. Nobody likes to go through tough situations, however when they happen they happen for a reason. That reason is not to spite you, but because it will eventually benefit you. It’s agonizing, yet also ethereal because you will grow from this experience.

The lyrics are directly inspired by the Solar Plexus Chakra. This chakra placement stands for confidence and empowerment,

"I wrote this song as a way to help me step into my confidence, thence opening this chakra. This song was inspired by many encounters where I was not treated correctly, but also never stood up for myself. 

This is what I should have said instead and what my ideal, most confident self would feel. The more I sang these words, the more I aligned my actions with my beliefs, and I realized that this version of me had always been within reach. It just took overcoming the instinct to please others."

‘Solar Complexity’ essentially refers to the layers and complexities of building up your confidence, which includes making peace with being the villain in someone else’s story.
